We were recommended Kartjana and the team to help us find our first home, and right from the start the communication was quick and helpful, getting us all the information we needed efficiently for each place we viewed. We never felt pressured with any of or decisions, and felt that Kartjana was honest and open with her feedback about properties. We could tell she really understood our wants and needs! When we found our perfect home and wanted to put in an offer, Kartjana and the team were super efficient in getting information we needed for the broker, calling around contacts and also liaising with our broker at negotiating stage to ensure we were competitive with our conditions.
