Overview

Step into the Last Frontier in South Westland

Step into what feels like the last frontier, where the ancient spirit of the Jurassic period still lingers in Aotearoa/New Zealand. Once the domain of the mighty Haast Eagle, this untouched 4.27 ha native bush block lies tucked beside the Arawhata River and the coastal road, just back from Neils Beach. Towering native trees stretch skyward through morning mists, while lush ground ferns provide a playground for the lively piwakawaka. A crystal-clear stream winds along the property's edge, delivering a pure source of fresh water straight from the hills. Beyond the natural beauty, this property offers an enviable lifestyle: *Whitebaiting on nearby rivers that locals guard as some of the best runs in the country. *Hunting and fishing opportunities in the surrounding bush, river and coastline, with deer, trout and surfcasting all within easy reach. *Boating access just down the road at Neils Beach, Jackson Bay, or directly onto the many rivers nearby, opening the door to river and sea adventures. *A local airstrip only minutes away, providing a convenient gateway for those flying in or out of this remote and spectacular region. *Potential to subdivide with the correct resource consents.* *The right to clear bush to allow for building, access and further enjoyment * (applicable consents required) This is your chance to own a rare slice of untouched paradise-a place to establish a family legacy in harmony with nature while still enjoying access to the region's most sought-after pursuits. What's your vision for this remarkable land? Contact us today to explore the possibilities of owning this untapped natural beauty. Download the property documents here: https://vltre.co/czPJfq
