Charlie has sold several properties for us in the past, so of course he was our first choice when selling this home. The sale has its complexities as the it had to be carried out remotely, yet Charlie handled every challenge calmly and answered all our questions honestly. We were most grateful for his suggestions on ways to generate more interest. Each week after open homes we were presented with buyer feedback and encouragement throughout the entire process. Following the buyer's building report, several minor improvements were deemed necessary, and all of these were facilitated seamlessly by Charlie. If you're looking for a cheerful effective straight-shooter, we'd highly recommend Charlie as a salesperson!

Ali was extremely supportive, communicative, and super helpful throughout. We felt very well informed and comfortable making key decisions when necessary. We didn't quite get the originally appraised valuation, but we always knew that would be a stretch and, ultimately, it felt like both parties were happy with the price!
