We were in the position of having to sell our Mothers estate property in a falling market and we also needed to complete a significant refurbishment. Owen and Sue were helpful in advising us as we were completing the works and were also helpful in determining how best to present and market the property. We were lucky enough to be presented with 4 offers in a multi offer scenario after 1 week of marketing and accepting an unconditional offer. Our family was very pleased with the outcome.

Owen and Sue were professional and gave sound advice throughout the process of the sale of our home. They proved to also be transparent in their approach and provided a range of options so we could make informed choices in an uncertain market. Thanks to you both.

My wife and Ifound Owens guidence through the house selling process extremely helpful. we had plenty of questions along the along the way that Owen provided all the answers to, we had a short window to sell our house or miss out on the house we wanted to purchase. Sensible advice around asking price in the current market helped us get an offer quickly. we were able to sell our house and purchase our new home within our short time frame. Thank you Owen for all your help.
