We had high expectations as to our property's value based on the initial Ray White assessment; we had to re-calibrate our expectations noting the change in market conditions from a vendor led to a purchaser led environment. Todd helped us understand the market feedback whilst working hard on potential purchasers to get them more aligned to our expectations. Todd was patient and brought all the right strategies to the table to get a deal done. He was a good recommendation to us and I think with Todd on board, you will have success with your property negotiations, noting that as a vendor in the current market, you are going to need to meet the market and not hang on to what was happening with house sales in Auckland 6-9 months ago. I am glad that I have selected Michelle Wang to market my property.
