Helped prepare condition clauses as a starting point for our lawyers, we always felt like we were in the loop even on holiday! Thanks Mitch!

Steve, Elise and Mitch were amazing to deal with. What could have been a very stressful process was made so much easier by the service they provided. Their communication was exceptional and we knew what was happening at every step, with regular comprehensive updates on how it was going. They provided great advice on the sales approach, marketing, the local market and getting the house sale ready. They helped arrange the various trades we needed to get everything done in time for go live date and nothing we asked for or needed was a problem. We were very happy with the outcome and know this was down to all the hard work they put in on our behalf. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Steve, Elise and Mitch and would absolutely use them again next time we're selling.

Steve, Elise, Mitch and Ally were absolutely amazing to work with. Fantastic advice and communication. We were really impressed with their dedication and focus to get the best outcome for us. Huge thanks to the team!

Alistair is personable and communicates regularly on progress. He is very well informed on the NZ market and what buyers are looking for. The price recommendation was spot on and I don't think it was possible to do better at the time of sale. The sale strategy worked well given the condition of the NZ market and the property - a lot of potential buyers came through. Alistair highlighted the risks around certain sale strategies and we avoided those. Overall I was happy with the outcome

When I decided to put my house on the market I was looking for a company that could get it sold quickly at a fair market price. Alistair's presentation indicated that he had a good appreciation of my situation, and had a well thought out marketing plan. He had a keen understanding of current market conditions and knew how to leverage the unique features of the house to generate buyer interest. He advised me to invest in obtaining reports that would provide assurance to first home buyers, and an advertising campaign that would provide maximum reach. Alistair was confident and enthusiastic without being pushy, and explained the technicalities of real estate marketing in language I could understand. He provided guidance on how I should stage the house, and kept me motivated to complete the tasks necessary to make the house more appealing to buyers. Tenders closed two and a half weeks after the house went on the market with offers received, resulting in a sale being achieved a few days later. The price was right in line with my expectations and I have to say that Alistair delivered what he said he would... a quick sale at a fair price. He is a true professional and an all round good bloke. I would recommend him to anyone with property to sell.

Alistair was just fantastic! Great advice, calm in a really difficult market. Patient and got the deal done when it mattered most. Highly recommend Al for his knowledge, experience and because he's a really nice person.

Carl worked very well on our behalf until unfortunately he became unwell and others took the sale through to an auction. He was always positive in his outlook and listened to our concerns and needs. He knows the Wellington sales situation well (which to say the least is not very good at this time). He even did some garden tidying for us!

We had an excellent experience working with Carl and would highly recommend him. He was extremely efficient, listened carefully to our needs, and adapted perfectly to our pace, which was fast and often under pressure. Carl provided outstanding support during negotiations, offering clear, rational, and fair advice grounded in a strong understanding of the Wellington property market. He took the time to understand our specific circumstances and used this insight to help achieve the best possible outcome. His professionalism and integrity added real value to the deal for all parties involved. What truly set Carl apart was his commitment over time. From our first meeting several months ago, he kept in regular contact, proactively identifying suitable opportunities while keeping our requirements firmly in mind. His strong knowledge of the local market and legislative environment gave us confidence throughout the process. Carl is exactly what makes a property professional truly valuable: knowledgeable, attentive, fair, and genuinely invested in achieving the right result. We are very grateful for his guidance and support.

Carl was very good at communicating with us throughout the sale process. He gave excellent advice, which allowed a sale within 15 days .This is our second real estate transaction with Carl, and we highly recommend him.

I can honestly say that Mitch to be the best Agent I have ever dealt with. He is very approachable, listened to my needs and kept me informed regularly, while we worked together as a team to achieve a great outcome! I would definitely recommend Mitch to anyone selling their home

Mitch was always available to go over any questions we had about the entire process. He has great market knowledge & was able to negotiate a tricky situation (with title being delayed) & achieve a great result for both parties. Always friendly, always professional, throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend him again. If you are looking for an agent who is hard working, honest and reliable, Mitch should be your number 1 choice.

Working with Mitch as our real estate agent was an absolute game-changer in a tough property market where listings were sitting for months. His expert home valuation, targeted real estate marketing, and relentless drive cut right through sluggish local housing conditions. Mitch provided exceptional client communication every step of the way, offering strategic property-selling advice and securing the best possible sale price despite challenging market trends. If you need a top-rated listing agent who delivers results when selling a home gets tough, Mitch is the best real estate professional for the job. We couldn’t be more grateful for his outstanding service!
