Your initial suggestions Josh, in getting reliable renovators in and guiding us through the "getting ready process" was so helpful. Your recommendation of a top class auctioneer was much appreciated. One thing we have truly appreciated was your patient communication with our questions. Thanks for the lovely touch in having the coffee and treats available for those coming to the auction. It created a friendly feel. Sorry we couldn't enjoy the sweet treats, but sugar is off our menu. The tea was great. Johnny was the real estate agent who assisted in the sale of a property in Wattle Downs in mid-2025, throughout a complicated sale. I am based outside of New Zealand without access to the property and there was a significant amount of renovation work required to bring the property to sale. Johnny supported me the entire way through the process, from helping to coordinate quotes from suppliers through to helping sequence the tradespeople to hit our in-market date. He was honest and respectful throughout every interaction and took a genuine interest in the personal situation accompanying the sale. He was accommodating of my location, keeping me updated via messaging, phone calls and emails, and during those periods that I was able to be onsite, met with me in person to plan and strategise. Johnny's greatest asset is his infectious enthusiasm, which he brings to every interaction with every person. Despite a challenging market with multiple properties put up for sale, he was able to garner a moderate degree of interest across several buyers, keeping us up to date on their status and intent. On auction day Johnny had me live on phone so I could listen in to the proceedings, and kept me updated throughout the auction proper, bidding, and final negotiations. I genuinely could not ask for more in an agent partner selling a property, and I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Johnny as an agent.
