The little details mattered too, the wording on the listing was practical and gave a clear picture of the property as well as photos in order to show the layout of the house best. She was a genuine person and agent which I think is so hard to come by these days. She had an honest, straight up approach with no mucking around or unnecessary extras. She was always quick to respond, happy to work around our needs, enthusiastic and positive. She actually cared about us, our needs and the results. Honestly, she was just what we wanted in an agent, and it was an easy decision to list with her. We would absolutely list with her again.

They would ring or text every time new information in the property became available. They would make time to work within my timeframes which sometimes didn’t align with normal viewing house times. They were quick to provide friendly reminders about the process key actions to ensure all parties were informed at the right times and able to get what they need at a specific point in time. I had a very positive experience.

Excellent agent, responsive, knowledgeable and got our sale over the line in a market that was extremely challenging I would never use anyone else from now on! I am in Rotorua and the property was in Waikato and Irshard is in Auckland but they still made it work easily 200% recommend
