My wife and I purchased our first home through Vikas. He was absolutely amazing to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and helpful. He explained everything we needed to know thoroughly, directed us honestly, and always advised that we seek our own legal advice, (which of course always lined up with what he was advising).
