As I was in the middle of an incredibly busy time and doing it alone she became a trusted sounding board, and patiently supported me through the intensity of the process. She was there at the crunch times, assisting with negotiations and difficult conversations, always smoothing the edges and getting me through the next hurdle. I truly could not have done it without her. Very strong market knowledge. Unlike others we have dealt with who appeared stuck up and pushy,Katrina was the opposite warm and friendly and there was something about her initial approach that made us want to connect with her and have her represent us.
