We are no stranger to real estate. Having arranged a couple of appraisals, Trudy arrived warm and excited by her initial inspection. An hour later we had discussed what spruce up was required, Trudy offered to organise staging, ran through our expectations and suggested market positioning. Meg had a great understanding and knowledge of the market and demonstrated this by giving us up to date status of recent houses that sold and houses that were getting old and stale and reasons why. What made Meg stand out to us was her very authentic, genuine approach to life in general, not just about selling our property. Taking an interest in our situation holistically. She is not pushy honest and straightforward we liked it. Like others there is always room for improvement and that is to familiarise the boundary of the property as it is kinda hard to guess and avoid drama with neighbours.otherwise it’s all smooth transaction.Happy with the service would use her to sale my house in the future.
