Agencies in Unsworth Heights, Auckland

Jackson and David's enthusiasm for our home and the local area was infectious and made our decision to list with the team an easy one. Everything was planned and executed with clockwork precision, resulting in significant buyer interest, multiple bidders on auction day, and a successful sale under the hammer. We were thrilled with both the process and the outcome. The team were a pleasure to work with and made the whole experience easy- would definitely recommend them to others.

Steve and Winnie were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are both so down to earth and made our selling experience a lot more enjoyable. Communication was amazing, the attention to detail was exceptional and I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks again team, we appreciate all your hard work!

Lecta is a great agent. She explained all steps of the process with me, and was a great communicator at all stages. Her advice and marketing suggestions, were spot on. She was extremely professional and the advice to go to auction was spot on. Her working partnership with the auctioneer was also extremely helpful. She knew the market as had experience in the area my house was located. As a result of her had work there was good interest in my house which subsequently sold within and excellent timeframe. I will be recommended Lecta to any friends and family should they choose to list their homes in the future.
