Tom has been absolutely fantastic, during the sale of our rental, we were on an extended trip to the USA, some issues involving the plumbing and the council needed to be resolved, Tom just took it all on board and took care of everything, all this extra work involved meeting tradies as well as the council on site, chasing the tradies, the council and making sure everything required got done. There is absolutely no way we could have dealt with these issues and resolved the problems ourselves, if it wasn't for Tom we would have lost the sale.
