We changed the way we were going to market the property on Suzie's advice. I'm so glad we did. She is an achiever because she works hard at getting results. Her communication skills are second to none and her experience shines through at the business end of the transaction. Again, the sale price of the property exceeded our, or Suzie's, expectations. We would have no hesitation in getting Suzie to work on our behalf again, either in buying or selling a property.
