They helped us to set a realistic price for our house based on their market knowledge and helped to coordinate a number of things for us to get the house up to market standard. I appreciated their negotiation skills as it was tricky to get the house across the line with our buyer and they did all of this work for us. It took a lot of the stress out of selling our house. We are really pleased with their work for us and the sale that we were able to get as a result.

The open homes were easy to work around and Jane made sure our needs were prioritised as well as adding nice touches to the house when she was showing it.
