At 10 am, she turned up with her colleague Mark, and they explained everything to me from the beginning to the end of the sale. 2. Any question I had later on, she responded immediately or with minimal waiting time. 3. Regular weekly updates or immediate updates in case something was important. 4. In case the buyer wanted something to be done on the property, she and Mark would do it if they could; they would organise someone to do it and would monitor that it has been done up to the required standards.

Working with Loretta was a breath of fresh air. In an industry where it’s common for agents to over-promise on price just to get a listing, Loretta chose total honesty. She was realistic about the market and where things stood from day one. That level of transparency is exactly what you need when making big decisions.
