Great Agent who doesn’t lift your hopes too high off the ground

When Steve visited me first time, he said you should only expect $xyz and needs some uplifting. So we went away and spendt20k and put it on the market much later than we hoped and Steve got us another 100k, If you listen to Steve you should come out ok on the other side.
