It was the first time selling a home and we felt that it was very messy and difficult for us. Was hard to live in the house while on the market as never knew when an open home was till a couple days before if not the day before as it was always chopping and changing. Always felt that we never had much notice when someone needed to come round and when people did come round they didn’t respect our home, photographer in particular messed with a lot of stuff in our home and never put it back how she found it. Communication was hard and we just never knew what was going on or who to deal with. The new buyers sending stuff here before we even moved out wasn’t cool as it was still our place but that’s on them. Pretty keen to just get out as hasn’t felt like our place through the whole process. But overall we are happy with the price we got.
