I met Debi after she was recommended by our property manager. I could not be happier with the work Debi from Tall Poppy has done for us. I have not sold a lot of real estate and Debi made the entire process really easy and, dare I say, fun. I interviewed half a dozen agents to sell the family home I inherited from my late mother. It was "as is where is". She shone head and shoulders above the rest. I have AuDHD and finding people who communicate effectively with me is part of my selection process. Debi didn't have as strong as track record on paper as some of the other big firms in that area, but I listened carefully to her explanation of what she'd listed and sold in the local market. She nailed it. Plus I love the Tall Poppy model where it's a tiered fees structure rather than percentages. It made it easier for me to calculate what I'd accept for the home. I don't like auctions but that was the right approach for this property, as we had 10 parties pre register, mainly phone bidders. Debi pulled suitable people in from everywhere. The process was impeccable. She gave me clear and pertinent feedback throughout the campaign. I never felt manipulated or that she was trying to encourage me to expect a lowball offer. Nor did she tolerate overly optimistic dreams about what might happen. Happy to talk about Debi to anyone selecting an agent. I cannot speak highly enough of her. Debi is an absolute star.
