He felt more genuine than most real estate agents we’d come across, and it was obvious from the start that he knows the village inside out and genuinely loves being part of it. It feels like, for Magno, selling houses is also about helping people find their way into a community he really cares about. He was selling the lifestyle and the village just as much as the house. Preparation, advice and follow up was excellent. One area of suggested attention is to enquire why people would want to live in our area. Magno’s focus on the property and the market was excellent but he didn’t ask why Ferndale. The Sotheby’s agent who sold a neighbouring property made a point of taking prospective buyers through the neighbourhood sharing local knowledge.
