It was a very long process due to the current property situation with selling but neither Susie or Jarrod made us feel that it was a process to abandoned. As the vendors lived overseas, Toni was very helpful with helping me with access to the property during my conditional period, allowing me to easily get quotes and further my conditions. This also extended to liasing between myself & vendors for the various bits of required information - every time she was very quick to respond and liase with the vendors.
