Leo Ramirez is an experienced agent who turned out to be a very good choice for us and our property. For a start, he was the only agent to front up at our door and offer his services. Maybe that's Old-Fashioned, but a lot of old customs are still better than newer ones. Like persistence and diligence, having integrity and perseverance. It turned out that Leo already knew the history of our property and a family that lived here previously. He had a connection with and an affinity for the property which we think worked in our favour. The first three months - in a depressed market at the tail end of winter followed by a wet start to spring - brought very little interest, but Leo stuck it out, running two Open Homes every weekend, without fail. Leo is patient and responsive but not pushy, and he put almost no pressure on us (beyond generic suggestions) to drop our price, but left us to discuss that option and decide when to make the call. We both appreciated that strategy, and when the sun came out, so did the Buyers, leading to a happy outcome. Another thing about Leo - he's a night owl who doesn't go to bed until late. If you need to contact him at 11pm, chances are, he'll happily take your call. And he doesn't muck around but does things promptly, giving you confidence that he's on the ball and doing all he can to sell your property. We found him to be relaxed, diplomatic and easy to get on with, and are very satisfied with our decision to go with Leo. We think you will be too.

I was so pleased to have Uros looking after the marketing and selling of my property. From our first phone conversation, I knew I was in great hands. Uros listened, explained and shared options making the selling process so easy. Uros made some recommendations, gave honest feedback on the property, and was always available if I had any concerns. Uros made a great marketing plan which was very successful for me. I highly recommend Uros and know going forward would not look anywhere else when I need to sell or buy real estate. Huge thank you Uros

We were urged to sell our family home during a very challenging and stressful period. Despite the many complications involved, Kim managed the process with professionalism, clarity, and care, and the sale proceeded very smoothly. I am deeply appreciative of Kim’s support and dedication during such a difficult time.

This is the second property sale with Denise. A good real-estate agent is well worth the commission. Denise has excellent communication skills and knows the market. Denise is committed and will do her utmost to secure a great result.
