From the start, her expertise was evident. Dan came to our first meeting with a comprehensive market analysis, realistic pricing strategy, and a clear marketing plan tailored to our property. She knew exactly how to position our home to attract the right buyers. Her professionalism never wavered. She handled everything—staging advice, professional photography, open houses, and buyer inquiries—with remarkable efficiency and attention to detail. Communication was always prompt and transparent; she kept us updated after every showing and never left us guessing. Where Dan truly excelled was in negotiations. She fielded multiple offers with confidence and strategy, expertly navigating counteroffers to secure a price that exceeded our expectations. Her calm demeanour and sharp instincts gave us tremendous peace of mind throughout the entire process. Selling a home can be daunting, but Dan made it feel effortless. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to sell.
