We worked with Nicholas to both sell our home and purchase a new one, and overall, we had a positive experience. Nicholas is someone who truly makes time for his clients — he’s incredibly dedicated and works tirelessly to support you through every step of the process. One thing we especially appreciated was how well he familiarised himself with the local area, which was really helpful when making decisions and setting expectations. Nicholas is approachable and clearly cares about getting the best outcome for his clients. His commitment and willingness to go the extra mile definitely stood out. That said, as a newer agent, we do believe he is learning and improving with every transaction, and his work ethic certainly makes up for a lot. If you're looking for someone who will put in the time, energy, and effort to help you buy or sell, Nicholas is a solid choice — especially if you're patient and clear about your expectations.

Fiona was excellent working together with our agent as she was on holiday and still replied to the calls and messages to our agent. With the help of Fiona we managed to secure our beautiful home at 33 Tawa crescent manurewa east. Met her in person and talking to her about the property was just amazing and.

Ari and Kristina provided the best experience you could ask for when selling our house. Constantly providing updates and advice it’s pretty quick to see that they know what they are doing. They truly cared which is the main thing. They were out to get the best result for us and not for them. They had a great balance of being personal and professional. Will use them forever. Thanks again Ari and Kristina.
