I cannot say enough about Gabe and his team. He looked after my elderly mother with care, consideration and respect as the process of her selling a home she had lived in for 40 years unfolded. He was always available for any questions she/the family had and was incredibly supportive throughout the process. Perhaps the most outstanding part of our Gabe experience was that remained by her side as she looked for a new home to purchase, and supported her at auction of what is now her new home when there was absolutely nothing in it for him, the house was listed and sold by a different agent at a different agency. We will forever be grateful for everything he did for us and I would recommend him without hesitation as someone who genuinely cares about the people he deals with. He is an absolute star.

I’ve been in my present home for just on 40 years, and I was quite sure I knew who I was going to choose to help me sell, when the time came. How wrong I was. Why? Because I met Gabe Elkhishin and I knew immediately he was the right person to help me on that emotional journey. Nothing was too much trouble. His communication was clear and he listened to me, answered my questions clearly, worked with me deciding on Open Home times, kept me up to date with what was happening after each O.H. and his knowledge of the whole area of buying and selling was outstanding. I really appreciated the rapport between us, and with Gabe and my family, and throughout the journey I was in no doubt that he was doing the absolute best for me. I enjoyed working with Kate too and felt very fortunate to have them both in my corner.

As first-home buyers, my partner and I were so fortunate to have Kelly as our agent and advocate. From making the entire house-hunting and purchasing process understandable and answering our many questions, Kelly always made sure that our best interests were looked after. Knowledgeable about the local market trends, and negotiating strategies required to secure us the most favourable outcome, it was reassuring to have Kelly there with us every step of the way. We couldn’t be more ecstatic with our successful outcome and very grateful for Kelly’s on-going support that we continue to receive as the settlement date approaches. My partner and I won’t hesitate to advise our friends and family to reach out to Kelly for their house-buying/selling needs; based on the excellent service we received.

We are incredibly grateful to have had such an amazing agent by our side throughout the journey of buying our first home. From day one, she worked tirelessly for us and always had our best interests at heart. She was consistently supportive, patient, and truly dedicated to helping us find the perfect home. No question was ever too small, and she made sure we felt informed and confident every step of the way. Communication was always easy and smooth — she was responsive, clear, and proactive, which made the entire process so much less stressful. Thanks to her hard work and commitment, we are now proud homeowners. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Absolutely stoked with our experience buying our new home! The Facebook ad caught our eye straight away, and honestly, we pretty much fell in love with the place before we'd even viewed it. We couldn't stop thinking about it and what our future might look like there. From the first viewing right through to getting the keys, the agent was awesome. He was always keeping us in the loop, quick to reply to texts, and was only ever a message away whenever we had questions. He made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. He was professional and easy to deal with. We honestly couldn't be happier with our new home and can't wait to make plenty of memories here. Cheers for helping us secure such a beauty!

Lisa was fantastic to work with. She brings great energy to the whole process. Communication was excellent from start to finish, friendly but straight to the point which we really appreciated. She has great market knowledge across a range of properties, from smaller townhouses through to larger homes, which gave us good confidence in her advice. Her partner Monty was also great to deal with. They make a strong team and complement each other well with different negotiation styles. Highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and easy to work with real estate agent.
