As a first time home buyer in Auckland, the entire process felt overwhelming and confusing until I met Abhi Sood. From day one, Abhi was incredibly proactive and attentive. On our very first day of house hunting, he showed us three properties that perfectly matched our needs, and amazingly, we were able to finalize one of them the same day. His understanding of what we were looking for was spot on. What truly stood out was how patiently and clearly he explained the entire buying process to me, no matter how many times I asked the same questions. As a new buyer, I had no idea about the different stakeholders involved, the reports required, the steps before and after settlement, and all the technical details. Before meeting Abhi, everything felt complicated and stressful. But under his guidance, things started falling into the right direction. He broke everything down in such a simple way that I felt confident at every stage. Despite my busy office schedule, Abhi was always available. He would respond to my messages even late at night and actively call me to guide me through the next steps. His dedication and commitment were truly exceptional. He even went beyond his responsibilities by helping arrange small touch ups in the property twice by coordinating with the builder at my request even after the settlement. I am extremely thankful for that extra effort. Honestly, I would give him 7 stars instead of 5. He is a true professional and a smart guru in his work. Without his consistent support and guidance, I might have missed out on such a lovely home. I highly recommend Abhi to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first time buyers who need someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring by their side.
