Deb was regularly in contact before and during and after the campaign with a realistic appraisal of the market and conditions for sale. The sale process was long and at times challenging with market conditions not being conducive for a good sale, but she stuck with it and got a result ultimately although not meeting my expectations, I did not wish to holdout in a market that probably would not support my expectations anyway. Only issue was the use of kiwisaver deposit by the buyer which has a special set of rules and caused a degree of consternation. Deb provides a good, personalized service that yields good results.

Direct approach , regular communication via phone and email, almost daily. Had to put in a lot of extra effort to deal with a difficult/ dishonest vendor that didnt disclose a few serious items that have since come to light, but the agent managed to get us the house on a verry short turn around/settlement, at a good price for the area, where another agent didn't come close.
