Right from the time of listing Fiona put her all into getting my property sold on what was a very difficult and hard to sell market. My property was in the unique position of two homes on a lifestyle block and it did need some work doing! Open homes were held and Fiona worked very hard with each potential buyer to see if we could get to that point of a signed Sales & Purchase Contract done. The advertising was great and well-planned out along with fantastic photos and drone flyover images done by a professional photographer. We got the full works! To cut a long story short the property was sold within four months which was amazing considering how tough the real estate market was. Right from the get go I had a clear understanding of a marketing strategy, price expectations & target market. I also followed his advice about staging & it transformed the house & combined with his chasing purchasers, it definitely got me top dollar. As I am based overseas, presenting the house for open homes could have been challenging, however Chris went over & above to ensure it was well presented (even doing the lawns!).
