Katie walked us quietly through the process and ensured our questions and concerns were supported and answered. Nothing was a problem, no question was dumb. There's so much to understand and without a good agent, it can be very overwhelming. Katie was there when we needed her, and kept the comms open and clear. Right from the start we felt confident with Garth and team. He gave us confidence in what to do when selling our house and property. We followed all his advice on how to present our house. He has a good network of advisors to call upon. He was always positive, even though the weather was shit sometimes. Even with the depressed market it sold in the deadline time. I am not sure this sale was orthodox in anyway as Tommy worked extraordinarily hard and very closely with the a foreign translator as the purchasers English was limited. The degree of communication required was significant, going unconditional was also difficult from perspective that the purchaser did not have prearranged finance which was being sourced from from overseas. This all took additional time and patience. Ultimately we got there. Tommy, certainly was the right guy for us and represented us very well and frequently kept us up to date with progress. Personally, we do feel very lucky that we sold successfully when it comes to the Wellington market situation, we really wanted to sell and with around 250 apartments on the market. It looked unlikely that it would happen however through Tommys focus and perseverance coupled with his professionalism, we can say that we are more than satisfied with the sale and timing having met all expectations.

Tommy was very diligent in his communication without being pushy. He took time to carefully consider what we were looking for in a house, and endeavored to show us properties we would be interested in. We appreciated his integrity and sense of humor. We would happily recommend him to others.

Claire went beyond helping me on questions I had with things that were not there immediate domain or responsibilty as real estate agents, I was super impressed how quickly claire flew into a Rockstar agent role on investigating my needed answers from wgtn city council and beyond.. she got straight into it all and promptly found out what was needed to learn in order to satisfy my questions. Personally I would hire claire and grant in a heartbeat a dynamic duo to sell again , they are very , very experienced , smart and kind .
