The communication and knowledge of the market was outstanding, we were out of the country so we had to take a leap of faith and trust Abbey and Richards judgement on different things that arose. Our trust was well placed, communication was quick and concise. Our journey started 6 months prior to going to market with a walk through to discuss what was worthwhile doing to tidy the property and what we should just leave. Forward planning by ourselves, Abbey and Richard allowed us to have a clear understanding of the plan moving into the sales process. We passed in at auction but Abbey wisely advised us to go to market, 6 days later Abbey tabled 3 offers!!!. Selling a home is always a rollercoaster but Abbey and Richard made the process easier. He knew exactly what we were after and the vision of what we wanted the place to be.
