Kathryn comes over as professional and up with the play. I found her helpful in her suggestions of getting the house to market. She was also very helpful when a problem arose regarding the cladding of the house. She had many viewers and the feedback was always sensitively given.

Kathryn was the second agent we'd had to sell our house. Listed with the first agent for 6 months with not even an offer or people through open homes in months. Then changed to Kathryn and the first people she had through the house bought it. The final part was drawn out due to buyer's conditions, but Kathryn kept up the communication, updating us, answering all the questions and possible scenarios/outcomes we had with confidence.
