We used Pete from NZR to sell our Rural Lifestyle property. At the same time we were selling a residential home in Wellington using another company. The somewhat unique situation provided us with an opportunity to compare companies and agents. Not having sold properties before we were somewhat in the dark as to how to the process played out in reality. In summary the two experiences could not have been more different. Pete was simply outstanding. To start he sat us down, explained where he saw the market based on his extensive experience, outlinded the various sale options, gave is timeframes which not only provided us critical dates but also detailed the nature and timing of NZR's reporting going forward. It could not have been clearer. Having a plan is one thing, implementing it is another. Pete not only stuck to his plan nut exceeded expectations at every turn. His communication and professionalism was top shelf and accordinly we would have no hestiation to recommend Pete and NZR to anyone.
