My first impressions of Rob was of professional behaviour, honest and helpful. This carried on throughout the entire experience. He gave a realistic idea of how long the property would be on the market for and how much it could sell for without trying to oversell the idea. Living out of town, it was difficult to do the necessary work to tidy things up, Rob organised the relevant tradespeople to get things up to scratch and check their work and didn't expect or pressure me for extra payment. There was quite a bit of planning to get that sorted and he did far more than I could reasonably ask for. We were so impressed with what he did for us and I don't see how the experience could have been improved upon. I will look for any chance I get to refer other people to him. Thank you Rob

TL/DR: We had excellent, nay, outstanding service and support from Chris. Selling our property in Christchurch would have been several orders of magnitude more difficult without his support. Background: we’re from out of town. The sale process, which should have been straightforward, was complicated by a series of small but significant issues including repairs and maintenance prior to putting the property on the market and some wrinkles in the post-sale / pre-settlement period. Through it all, Chris was genuinely proactive, organised the appropriate tradespeople, cleaners, and other things around the preparation of the property, and then spent some time negotiating the best price he could. That level of support continued through the pre-settlement period when a couple of curve balls got thrown at us. If we’d had to be in town to manage all these things, it would have cost us a fair bit of money and a lot of travel time, but Chris just took it in his stride and got on with things. Through it all, his communication, attitude and professionalism were excellent and without Chris going the extra kilometre / mile / light year I doubt we’d have got the result we did in the timeframe we needed. We’re really, really grateful for Chris’s support and the hard work he put into the sale. We thoroughly and unhesitatingly recommend him.
