⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Haji Deraiya – Barfoot & Thompson, Whitford I recently sold my property at 30 Tamure Road, Flatbush, under very unusual and challenging circumstances. We had to bring Haji on board at extremely short notice, and despite knowing the complexities, he never hesitated. He stepped in immediately, ready to help me and my parents achieve the best possible outcome, while the other agent involved was doing nothing to move the process forward. From the start, Haji showed professionalism, patience, and genuine commitment. His communication was clear and consistent, and his dedication during a difficult market was exceptional. If it wasn’t for his hard work, strategic input, and persistence, we would not have been able to sell our home. His negotiation style with the buyer was something I had never seen before — calm, smart, and strategic. Because of his approach, we achieved exactly what we wanted and were very happy with the final outcome. Haji didn’t just focus on the sale; he cared about our wellbeing. He worked closely with us to organise a rental property so we had somewhere secure to move after settlement. I also worked alongside him to resolve LIM issues, and he was brilliant. His ideas, problem‑solving skills, and ability to communicate with council, developers, and the buyer were invaluable. He continuously liaised with the buyer to ensure a smooth transition during and after the sale. His after‑sale service is outstanding. When issues arose with the property, he personally followed up with the builder, activated the building warranty, and ensured repairs were completed at no cost to us. He didn’t have to do any of this — but he did, because he genuinely cares. Haji is more than just an agent. He looks after the needs of both the vendor and the buyer with integrity, fairness, and compassion. I am truly grateful for everything he has done for my family and me, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a committed and trustworthy agent. Zainal

He knew exactly what we were after and the vision of what we wanted the place to be. He stood by us as we looked at several properties and changed our minds sometimes, last moment because something just didn’t feel right. Haji found this gem for us even before it was officially listed. Having understood our vision he knew instinctively that this was the one that’s perfect and sure enough, it was perfect in every aspect. Land, location, layout and a perfect vibe. There were instances when we loved the property so much we probably would have ended up paying more than it was worth and regretted it later but he was always our objective voice of reason. He understood our requirements and budging and always kept that front and centre even when we sometimes forgot it. Always ensuring we have our bases covered and that we do not take an emotional decision. Weather you are buying or selling I would highly recommend utilising Haji’s services. You may start of engaging him professionally but I can assure you, you will find a friend in him who you can trust blindly with such a big decision! Thank you again for finding the perfect home for us.
