Debi was a great real estate agent and really efficient. The sale of my place was a surprisingly brief affair, with Debi able to present offers to me after only four days from listing. Her appraisal of my property was bang on, as was the recommended listing strategy. I appreciated that the appraisal pack she prepared for my property had just the right info and was very easy to read- it wasn't just 50 pages of marketing and up-selling like other agents I had approached. I also really appreciated that she was always on call to answer my silly questions and put me at ease. She is a very good communicator, knowledgeable and also practical in her advice.
