Cherie and Lisa are a great team. Their commitment to always give the best service and look after the clients requirements is very commendable. They always provided great service and follow up on all issues in a prompt and timely manner. and again that their clients needs are attended to in a prompt efficient manner.

I recently purchased a residential property in Howick with the assistance of Cherie Brice and her associate, Lisa Looi. Both ladies were extremely professional, were always available, and made the process enjoyable and fulfilling. As a purchase 'off the plans' it meant there were options for me to consider, and Cherie and Lisa worked patiently with me as I considered my choices and made several changes during the time frame that was available to do so. The time from signing to possession was over two years, and this meant there were many interactions along the journey, all of which were pleasant and efficient, leading to very satisfactory conclusion. I am very happy to recommend both Cherie and Lisa as professional, reliable and trustworthy real estate salesperson to anyone who may need services in that field. AAAA++++

Cherie and Lisa are agents who give 100% to ensuring you find the property of your dreams. Their attention to detail and interest in you, the customer, is genuine. We thoroughly recommend them to tyou for your next property purchase.

We had such a great experience working with Carol. Carol was easy to talk to, always happy to answer any questions we had, and kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Carol to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable real estate agent. Thank you for making buying our first home such a positive and easy experience.

Carol was a fantastic agent who was extremely helpful throughout the whole selling process. She kept us fully informed at all times and is a lovely person to deal with. Great communicator - highly recommend 🙂

Carol has been my RE Agent for many years now and she has always been professional, informative and fabulous to deal with. Carol knows the real estate market in Howick and surrounding areas after many years in the trade. I would not use anyone other Agent for this reason when selling or buying in Howick. Thanks Carol yet again for being amazing

I was looking for someone to tell me what I specifically do wit my property to get it ready for sale. I knew that there would be certain things that I should work on to make improvements. like the carpet and certain way's to stage the house, Dave was able to give me clear guidance on what to do and not an uncertain approach like, "you could do that if you want to"

Dave and Stephanie made the whole sale process feel quick, smooth, and far less stressful than we expected. Their communication was excellent from start to finish — we always felt informed, supported, and confident in the decisions we were making. Their knowledge of the market, clear advice, and proactive approach helped us achieve a great result in a short time frame. We really appreciated their professionalism, honesty, and the way they handled everything so efficiently. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Team McCartney to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Dave and his team were the best. Very organised and professional. I’d have no issues in recommending Dave to anyone. Thank you.
