We've recently sold our house and we've had the absolute pleasure working with Raymond and Monique! From our very first contact we felt their professionalism, experience in the market and passion for what they do, which immediately set us at ease. We felt incredibly supported, and informed throughout the entire process, and one of the many the exceptional things with Raymond & Monique is that they are genuinely on our side! This is such a comforting attribute that we did not get from the previous agents that we've dealt with. Throughout the entire process their guidance was clear, insightful and really focused on what benefit us the most. They are highly attentive and they truly take the stress out of selling our house. There are many behind the scenes extra care as well beyond obligations and contracts that they've put in that we appreciate so much. This is where their passion comes through. Raymond even kindly did an open home at 10pm just so a potential buyer can bring her husband to review the property! So, thank you Raymond & Monique!

Working with Raymond and Monique to sell my property at 6 Lorenzo Way was an absolute masterclass in real estate service. From our first meeting until the final paperwork was signed, they didn’t just manage a transaction—they completely redefined what it means to have elite, dedicated professionals in your corner. They took the entire weight of the process off my shoulders and turned a stressful experience into a smooth, seamless journey. Right from the outset, Raymond and Monique proved to be incredibly accommodating, hardworking, and attentive. They took the time to understand my goals, and it was immediately clear they genuinely had my best interests at heart. They brought sharp market insights to the table, providing excellent strategic advice and suggestions that gave me complete confidence. Every step of the marketing and sales process was explained with pristine clarity, keeping me informed without ever feeling overwhelmed. What truly sets Raymond and Monique apart is their ultimate care and hands-on dedication. I was blown away by how far they went to ensure the property was presented flawlessly. They seamlessly coordinated the staging, but they didn’t stop at high-level logistics. They literally rolled up their sleeves and took care of the finest details themselves—personally fixing minor things around the house and even changing light bulbs to make sure the property shone in its best light. This level of physical effort and attention to detail is incredibly rare and speaks volumes about their stellar work ethic. When it came to the negotiations, their skills were top-tier. They made the final price negotiations incredibly easy and stress-free. They were highly informative, provided clear breakdowns of the buyers' positions, and handled the back-and-forth with total professionalism. Raymond and Monique are the ultimate team, and I cannot thank them enough.

We have been working with Raymond for many years, he is excellent in communication with deep market knowledge and always willing to do for extra miles. We offer our strongest recommendation to any one in need of a decent agent.
