Susan was in regular communication throughout, very easy to talk to, and when she said she would do something it was done immediately. She offered helpful and intelligent advice and recommendations. We knew exactly what was happening at every stage in the process, the dashboard was kept up to date and a helpful tool. It felt like selling our house was her primary focus. She was available whenever needed and would respond in evenings and weekends when it was warranted.
