The worse thing you can do is to try and sell a house without having a strategy. My experience is that you need to know what you want, what you can compromise on and your bottom line. Having an agent who knows market strategy, how to set realistic expectations, and where to apply appropriate pressure is worth the price of commission. Yogesh has all of these skills.
