Lee was one several Agents that were engaged to do an assessment of our late Fathers home. Out of the 4 Agents we approached Lee's point of difference was the time He had spend upon first meeting (which was about an hour where others might have spent 10 to 15 minutes and I'm sure one of them was less than 10 minutes) his thorough appraisal which was printed and bound individually for not only myself buy also a copy for each of my other siblings.
