I have only interacted with Vivian. She is responsive and friendly - always providing a timely response. She also provided useful information and guided me through the process - which was very helpful to me as a first home buyer.

Thank you so much for all the assistance and the successful sale of my property. I don’t know how we would have managed without the expertise and advice of you all. The checklist for moving will be extremely useful as it is over 30 years since we last moved house. We have thoroughly enjoyed living in this lovely neighbourhood and hope the new owners enjoy it as much as we have.

I worked very closely with Vivian Wang on the purchase of the property at 6 Camira Place via auction. Vivian responded to my every question almost immediately and was very helpful in guiding me throughout the process. As I am living in Wellington currently, Vivian represented my bids over the phone during the auction. As you are aware, we were successful in winning the property, much to our delight. I highly recommend Vivian and the entire Team Tina.

Sandy did such an incredible job with the sale of our home. She sold it twice within two months! The first deal fell out of contract, but she was quick to act and secure a new buyer! We are so pleased with her service and would highly recommend

We recently worked with Sandy to sell our home, and the experience exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, she demonstrated deep market knowledge, clear communication, and a well-structured strategy that gave us confidence throughout the entire process. Sandy was proactive, detail-oriented, and always available to answer our questions. Her guidance on pricing and presentation made a significant difference, and her negotiation skills ensured we achieved a fantastic result. Selling a home can be stressful, but Sandy made it seamless and straightforward. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and results-driven real estate professional.
