36 real estate agents in Foxton Beach, Manawatu-Wanganui

John, Michelle and Kristen are a wonderful team to work with. They are extremely professional and made the whole process very easy and streamlined. They gave good feedback and advice during the sale process.

Team van Lienen are the Elite Core Group in their field. Without a doubt, their professionalism, communication skills and style are second to none. I’ve had the utmost confidence and privilege in doing business on 3 seperate occasions over 2 1/2 years with John Michelle and Kirsten. Their success, my success comes through their strong commitment and ability to listening to the Vendor, understanding the market and doing the hard yards.

Our property had been on the market for 5 months without a sale prior to Team van Lienan getting involved. John & Michelle gave us real confidence that they saw what was special about our property, and how to present it to the market. With a clear vision and strategy agreed the photos and video were done with some small tweaks to some rooms, and complete layout changes in other rooms. John, Michelle, and Kristen were moving the furniture, doing the heavy lifting, and we were very impressed. The people who came to view the property seemed to arrive with a pretty good idea of what type of a property they were coming to consider, and while it wasn’t for everyone I believe the marketing had delivered with serious interest and not really any tyre kickers. We had to wait a while longer for the sale but team van Lienan remand committed to the extent they ran open homes on the Sunday and Monday of Kings birthday weekend just in case it would get us the result we were all looking for. Many thanks to Team van Lienan and particularly Michelle who really put in the leg work with the open homes, following up all leads of enquiry, chasing the Lawyers along, and ultimately got us the result.

My house sale was not an easy ride due to a number of reasons but Kate has stuck with me through that ride and I will be forever greatful. I picked Kate after inviting three agents for appraisals. The reason I went with her was she was honest. She did not suggest I do a load of unnecessary work. She offered helpful suggestions and she was not judgemental. From day one she has been supportive gone the extra mile and been a joy to work with. I highly recommend Kate and the team at Foxton Professionals. She will definitely get your house sold and make it a as easy an experience as possible.

Kate is very easy to work with. Has great information on the different questions I had. Very easy to get hold of and is always willing to help and get the best outcomes.

Kate was fantastic right from the first time I met her - which happened to be when the first open house had to be cancelled at short notice and she personally drove out to let people know. I also met her at other property open homes and she remembered me so that was nice! Communication was excellent throughout.
