Megan and her team were awesome to deal with. As overseas vendors we needed someone who really cared about ensuring our property was presented well for the market and Megan made sure that happened. Nothing was too much trouble!

Megan and her team really go the extra mile. They're all fantastic to work with and they achieved a great outcome for us.

Professional, persistent and results-driven throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Having viewed the property just the once and then dealing with everything from afar, we felt secure in the knowledge and dealings we had with Tracey & Warren. They made everything easy and straightforward for us.

Tracey and Warren have supported us through both the purchase and sale of our home, and their professionalism has been exceptional at every stage. They first helped us secure the property in early 2020 under urgent circumstances, and in 2026 they guided us through a far more complex sale with the same high level of expertise and commitment. Unexpected issues during a building inspection required us to withdraw the house from the market and complete significant repairs within a very tight timeframe. This coincided with our move overseas, leaving Tracey and Warren to manage the entire process, coordinate trades, and maintain momentum while working across an 11‑hour time difference. Their communication remained consistently clear, timely, and reassuring. They handled every detail with care, demonstrated strong market knowledge, and provided sound, confident guidance throughout. Their ability to manage a challenging situation so effectively speaks to their skill, integrity, and dedication to achieving the best possible outcome for their clients. We are extremely grateful for their support. Tracey and Warren delivered outstanding service under difficult circumstances, and we would recommend them without hesitation to anyone seeking highly professional, reliable, and capable agents.

Yes very knowledgeable about the market, negotiating and very professional. But then you expect that from great agents 👍(they were recommended to us). Where Tracey & Warren really shined was there organizing, and commitment to help in preparing the property for sale. We live in Christchurch and property for sale was in Hamilton. It had been rented out and was in good condition but needed some landscaping, waterbasting, bathroom painted, and minor plumbing and gas fitting done. I thought I would be organizing this. But no Tracey was more than happy to organize with her contacts. All the work was done very well at very reasonable rates. But the main thing here is organizing contractors and then meeting them at the property all takes time and effort. This was no problem at all for Tracey & Warren. When the property was sold they organized for fridge, washing machine & dryer to go to a local charity to help others. What a team 👏 👍👍
