Overall, my experience was very positive. Thanks to Daniel and Connie, who has excellent market knowledge and provided clear, well-informed guidance throughout the process. Communication was timely, transparent, and consistent, which made everything run smoothly. They were professional, reliable, and easy to work with, and I felt well supported from start to finish.

My experience working with Grace has been a very pleasant one. She is very responsive to all of my queries and requests related to the property I purchased (especially when needing to speak with the builder of the property about defects to be addressed), always conducted herself in a professional manner, and someone who is easy to have a conversation with. I would also describe her as someone who is very patient with their clients. This showed me how passionate Grace is about her job, and how much she genuinely cares about her clients. If in the future I look at buying another property (and/or selling my current property), I would be interested in working with Grace again if the situation aligns, and would highly recommend her to other clients.
