We spoke to Will on a recommendation from a close friend. After months of house hunting and 50+ open homes we were sick of doing it ourselves. Will made all the difference to our search. He always had time for us, and an answer to all our questions. We provided a challenge as opinionated buyers, who knew what we wanted. Will never faltered with this, providing reccomedations that matched exactly what we wanted. When we decided on a property to pursue, Will worked fast, securing us a great deal. In the end we closed on the best property we have seen through our journey. In the end Will was the difference between a process that almost had us giving up for a year, and us securing our dream house. We would not hesitate to give our highest recommendation of Will to anyone buying or selling.

As first-time home buyers, working with Will Van Der Knaap was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Navigating the property market for the first time felt overwhelming, but Will made the entire process remarkably smooth, transparent, and stress-free through his deep market expertise, excellent communication, and clear step-by-step guidance. He took the time to answer all of our questions, guided us through every step of the purchase, and ensured we felt completely confident in our decision. Will is an exceptionally professional, supportive, and dedicated agent, and we highly recommend him to anyone embarking on their home-buying journey!
