They was always on time for open homes and are very knowledgeable about the market and what we should expect. They went that extra mile to allow us to purchase the house we wanted. Our buyers needed to sell their house and Team Parfitt helped them with their sale. I would definitely use Lisa and Wayne again if we were needing to sell. The market was flat when we sold but we also paid a little less on the house we purchased.
