We couldn’t recommend Kim and Duncan enough! 🏡❤️ Duncan hosted the open home when we first viewed the house and we ended up doing most of our conversations with him throughout the buying process. He was always so easy to deal with and was happy to answer all our random questions, even when we were texting him at 9pm with something we’d just thought of 😂 Kim was fantastic too. She was so lovely to deal with and went out of her way to help us, especially showing our family through the home after we went unconditional and before settlement. It was really special being able to share the house with our family before we officially move in. You can tell they work really well together and are always on the same page, which made the whole process so easy for us. We really appreciated having both of them involved and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
