She hung in there with us with no pressure whatsoever, and we felt her attitude deserved our loyalty, so we gave her our listing. We'd decided to build, and even though it wasn't a sale for her personally, she supported us in that decision and was delighted to have the opportunity to sell our home. She was always very positive about our home and kept saying it would come onto the market well. Due to a change in that market we did drop our price, but we were unconditional within 22 days. Result. We found Sharon easy to deal with, and have gone from being strangers to feeling we have a friend who is always welcome to visit us in our new home.
