She taps on us days after the viewing to check how we feel about the property, she understands our concerns and answered all our queries. Help us with putting up an offer, even told us about having a check with our lawyer / MA for the conditions. As we are unaware of such as first home buyers. Also, the process with her is very detailed. She takes us thru it smoothly, and answers all our call and schedule request for the valuation and building report. On the day of inspection, she is very honest about the repairs we ask. All documents provided. On the turnover date of the unit. Everything is well coordinated. House has a small gift box inside, big yellow ribbon and we really felt like it was such a special day. I really felt like she was in middle between me and the seller, truthful on what she knows.
