She was always happy to answer any questions we had whilst also giving us the space and time to properly look around and take everything in ourselves. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cared about the property and the handover process — my mum even drove past one day and saw her out gardening to make sure everything looked tidy before we took over. As soon as our lawyer confirmed we owned the property, she delivered our keys straight away. We really appreciated all the support and guidance along the way and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!
