From our very first house viewing on Landon Ave, we knew whichever house we bought would have to be through Anu! Her professionalism and realistic advice was so refreshing as you could tell she wasn’t out to just sell a house, she was determined to find us our home. Despite countless viewings which didn’t work in our favour, Anu never gave up on us and would come each week with something new that went with our vision and never once wasted our time with anything that didn’t our boxes. Her warm personality made very easy to talk with her, it almost felt like we were old friends at times. Her knowledge and confidence in her job is truly admirable and my wife and I can vouch that if Anu is on your team, there is no losing. There are not enough words to thank you for your help through out this journey, we are incredibly blessed to have crossed paths with you :)

Dear Team Monika, From the moment our elderly mother sat and talked to Aryaan Batra and Monika Maynard, they have been so patient and understanding of our mothers wants, needs and demands in selling her property. From the get go, Aryaan and Monika kept me, my mother and my sister so very well informed on every little detail, and the processes required in selling our family home. They put my mothers needs first, while being encouraging and realistic about what will happen and what could happen during the entire process. It was a great campaign and Team Monika did such a great job of getting us investors and renovators attracted to our property, with a whopping 7 investors signed before and during the auction to bid on our property! We ended up deciding on a realistic value and through a bidding war between investors, we were blessed and got a price above what we expected! My mother was full of joy, my little sister in tears of relief, we had won a buyer who was willing yo pay us more than we expected! Thank you Team Monika, thank you for putting our family, especially my elderly mother first. All the best! We will now get my mother a new healthy home that she deserves!
